It was time for a new roof. The dreaded roof. We called multiple companies and had multiple quotes. Sam came out and assessed our roof. Other companies used Google Earth. I've used Google Earth on my house, and you can't see the complete roof because of tree overhang. Meeting with Sam, he said, 'Yeah, I did that but needed to come out and see for myself.' The whole process was such an uplifting weight off my shoulders. We were always in contact when I had questions. The financing process was streamlined. The crew was awesome. They were clean and efficient. They even cleaned my gutters! After everything was done, the crew went and made sure there wasn't a nail around my house. I felt at ease with Unity knowing they came out in person and discussed everything. They answered all the questions I had, and after everything was complete, I went up on the roof and had some more questions. I called Sam, and we talked and went through everything. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Amazing company, family friendly, family oriented. Absolutely pleased with my roof, the crew, Sam, and the company as a whole! I'd give 6 stars if I could.
